Have you thought about using one of those co-parenting apps like Talking Parents? It creates a record of everything and keeps things more professional. Might help with the constant fighting.
Some people just can't separate the parenting stuff from the relationship stuff. It's frustrating as hell but you can only control your side of it. Stay calm, stick to facts, don't engage with the drama. Your son will see that and appreciate it later.
Some exes will just fight no matter what. If she's turning every question into drama it might be time to only communicate about urgent stuff through text and let the small things go. Protect your peace.
