Custody agreement modification after job change

Just got a job offer that would mean moving an hour away. New position pays 30% more which would actually help with child support, but it would make my 50/50 split way harder to maintain. Do I need to go back to court to modify the agreement? What are the odds a judge would approve if I can show it's better financially for the kids too?
