Custody schedule working better than expected

Just wanted to share a win. My ex and I were dreading the 50/50 split but weve been doing it for 6 months now and honestly its going really well. We use that OurFamilyWizard app to message about stuff and it keeps things professional. The kids have gotten used to the rhythm, theyre doing great in school, and I actually get dedicated dad time instead of feeling like Im squeezing them in around work. We still disagree on some stuff but the structure actually makes co-parenting easier somehow.

That's awesome to hear. Co-parenting wins are rare so when you get one it's worth celebrating. Good on you both for making it work.

Six months in and still going strong is huge. Takes maturity from both sides to pull that off. You're doing it right.
