Custody swap going downhill - need advice

Ex is constantly late with pickups. Like 30-45 mins late almost every Friday. My kids are waiting around and it's affecting their whole weekend. Tried asking nicely, tried texting, nothing changes. Don't want to be that guy but I'm about ready to go back to court. Anyone dealt with this? What actually worked for you?

30-45 minutes late every Friday would drive me crazy too. Have you thought about building in a buffer activity for the kids so the wait doesn't feel so dead time? Still doesn't solve the root problem though.

The late pickups are rough, man. I've been there with the back and forth timing issues. You might need to have a more serious conversation about consistency or start documenting it in case you need it later.
