Dealing with my ex badmouthing me to the kids

My daughter mentioned something mom said about how I don't care about them as much or something. I'm devastated honestly. The divorce is final, we have 50/50 custody, and I'm trying so hard to be the best dad I can be. How do I handle this without making things worse? Do I bring it up with my ex? Ignore it? I'm lost.

This hits hard but don't lose faith. My ex tried similar stuff early on and honestly the kids eventually saw through it once they got older. Just keep being the dad you are and document the good moments you're having with them.

Man, that's rough. Kids pick up on a lot but they also remember who shows up and cares, which you clearly do. Keep being present and let your actions speak louder than her words over time.
