Dealing with parental alienation and it's breaking me

My 10yo came back from his mom's house last week and said he doesn't want to see me anymore. When I asked why he just repeated things his mom has said about me not paying enough child support even though I pay on time every month. I called her about it and she denied saying anything but I know my kid didn't come up with that on his own. This is destroying me. I don't know how to fight this without making things worse. Has anyone dealt with something like this?

Been there with some of this stuff with my boys and it wrecked me for a while. Keep a journal of your visits and what he says, get a mediator involved if you can, and don't bad mouth his mom no matter how much you want to.

This hits hard because kids that age can't always separate what they're hearing from what they actually feel. Stay consistent, keep showing up, and let your actions speak louder than her words over time. He'll figure it out.
