Ex keeps asking for extra money beyond child support

I pay child support every month on time but now my ex keeps asking for extra money for school stuff, sports, activities. I'm all for supporting my kids but she never tells me in advance and expects me to just say yes to everything. We don't have a formal agreement about how we split these costs. Do I just keep paying or do I need to set boundaries? Already paying quite a bit.
