Ex keeps changing pickup times last minute, killing my work schedule

This is the third time in two weeks she's texted me an hour before I'm supposed to pick up the kids saying she needs them an extra 2-3 hours. I work from home and have client calls scheduled. I've asked her multiple times to stick to the agreement but she says it's not a big deal. Am I being unreasonable to want her to respect the schedule we agreed on? How do I handle this without escalating things?

Screenshots of those texts and dates might matter down the road. Not trying to be dramatic but protecting yourself is just smart co-parenting.

That's frustrating and honestly not fair to you or your work schedule. You might need to set a boundary here and maybe put it in writing so there's a record. Consistency matters for everyone.

Three different pickup times a week and I get how exhausting that unpredictability is. Have you tried putting together a calendar and sending it to her with a note about needing 24-hour notice? Helps when it's documented.
