Ex not sticking to pickup schedule

My ex has been consistently late picking up the kids on Fridays by 30-45 minutes. I've asked nicely multiple times but nothing changes. Do I need to involve our lawyer or try something else first? It's messing with my plans but I don't want to be that guy. Any advice?

I'd be annoyed too but also curious if something's changed on her end. Maybe worth having a real conversation about what's going on instead of just asking nicely.

This happens to me too. Gets old real quick when it's every single Friday. You need to set a boundary or it'll keep happening.

That's frustrating. 30 minutes might not sound like much but when you're the one waiting it adds up fast. Document it if you haven't already.
