Ex suddenly wants to change custody schedule right before holidays

She's saying she needs to swap weeks because her new boyfriend has some family thing planned. We literally finalized everything three months ago and the holidays are supposed to be set in stone per the agreement. I've already made plans with my parents. Do I have to accommodate this or can I just say no? What's my legal standing here?
