Ex wants to change custody schedule last minute again

This is the third time in two months she's asked to swap weekends with zero notice. I get that life happens but I make plans with the kids, I take time off work sometimes, and I feel like my schedule doesn't matter. How do you guys handle this without being a jerk about it? I don't want to be that dad but I'm also tired of rearranging my whole life.

That's frustrating, especially when you're making plans with the kids and counting on that time. I've been there with custody swaps and it's exhausting when the other parent doesn't respect that.
