This is the third time in two months she's asked to swap weekends. I get it life happens but I have plans with my kids that I've been looking forward to. How do I set boundaries without being the bad guy? She always makes me feel like I'm being unreasonable when I say no. Any advice on how to handle this professionally?

That's rough man. Three times in two months is a lot to deal with. Have you two thought about going through a mediator or getting something in writing? Might help reduce the last minute surprises.
Document everything and keep responses professional even when you're annoyed. I learned the hard way that texts showing you're reasonable and she's not actually matter if this ever goes back to court.
