Ex wants to change custody schedule last minute again

This is the third time in two months she's asked to swap weekends. I get it, life happens, but I have plans with my kids and I'm tired of being treated like I'm flexible on demand. When I ask to swap, suddenly it's a huge problem. How do you guys handle this without being the bad guy? My lawyer said to document everything but I don't want to be that petty.

That's frustrating man. You're not being unreasonable about wanting consistency for your kids. Setting some boundaries around last minute changes isn't selfish, it's just good parenting.

Third time in two months is a pattern, not life happening. Your time with your kids matters just as much as hers does. Hold the line.
