Ex wants to change pickup time every other week and I'm losing it

We had a set schedule for 2 years. Every Friday at 3pm, Saturday at 5pm drop off. Now she's saying some weeks she needs to switch it around because of her work schedule. I work too. I have things planned. When I push back she acts like I'm being difficult but this affects my whole week. Do I have grounds to bring this back to my lawyer or am I being unreasonable?

This would drive me absolutely nuts. Two years of consistency and now she wants to flip it every other week? That's not flexibility, that's chaos. Document everything and if she keeps changing it, you might need to loop your custody agreement back in. Your kids need to know when they're being picked up.

I get why this is frustrating but honestly it might be worth one conversation to see if there's something actually going on. That said, you agreed to Friday 3pm and Saturday 5pm. She doesn't get to change that on a whim just because she feels like it. Hold the line.

Before you lose it completely, have you asked her why she suddenly wants to change things? Sometimes there's a reason (work schedule, new partner, whatever) but that doesn't mean you have to accommodate it every single week. Set a boundary: changes happen once a month max or you're sticking to the agreement.
