Ex won't stick to agreed pickup times - affecting work schedule

This is the third time this month she's picked up the kids 45 minutes late without texting me first. I have to be at work by 8am on those mornings and my boss is already giving me crap about being late. We have it in writing from the custody agreement that pickups are at 7:30am sharp. Do I need to involve my lawyer over this or is that overkill? Just trying to figure out how to handle it without making things worse between us.

That's a legitimate frustration and it's affecting your job. You gotta document this and send her a text every time confirming the pickup time the day before. Keep it civil but make it clear this is a work issue now.
