Ex won't stick to custody schedule

We've been split for two years and have a pretty straightforward 50/50 schedule. Lately my ex keeps asking to switch weekends or move pickup times around and when I push back she acts like I'm the unreasonable one. I don't mind being flexible occasionally but this is like every other week now and it's messing with my ability to plan anything. How do other guys handle this without turning it into a battle?

I feel this. With three kids and the sports schedule we've got going, I can't be flexible or everything falls apart. Set the boundary now or it'll keep happening.
