This is getting ridiculous. We agreed on Thursdays at 6pm but she's been showing up at 5:30 or 6:45 randomly. I work until 6 and can't just leave early every time. When I say something about it she acts like I'm being controlling. How do I get her to actually follow the custody agreement we have in writing? Do I need to involve my lawyer over something this small or am I overthinking it?
This drives me nuts too. We have a custody agreement that specifies times and she constantly shows up 15 minutes early or late. I document everything now and bring it up with my lawyer. Not trying to be that guy but consistency matters for the kids.

Co-parenting is hard enough without the schedule games. Set clear boundaries and stick to them. If she's 15 minutes early or late, that's on her. Don't let it stress you out, just be reliable on your end.
