Ex won't stick to pickup schedule

This is driving me crazy. We agreed on Thursdays at 6pm for pickup but she's been showing up at 5:15 or sometimes not till 7. I have work stuff I'm trying to plan around and it's impossible when I don't know when she's actually coming. Tried bringing it up nicely but she just says I'm being too rigid. Should I be documenting this stuff? Not sure if it matters legally but it's frustrating.

Man, I feel this. I've been there with the schedule confusion and it throws everything off. Have you tried sending her a text reminder the morning of? Sometimes a quick heads up helps my ex remember to stick to the time.

This is tough because you're trying to plan your life around a time that keeps changing. I'd suggest documenting when she's late and maybe bringing it up calmly next time you talk. Sets a clearer expectation going forward.

Yeah that's frustrating. The inconsistency makes it hard to commit to anything after pickup. Maybe see if she'd be willing to stick to it for a month just as a test run.
