Ex won't stick to pickup schedule

This is getting ridiculous. We agreed on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6pm but she's been showing up at 5:30 or sometimes 7:15. My work schedule depends on knowing exactly when I need to have the kids ready. I've asked nicely multiple times and it's like she doesn't care. Should I be documenting this for the custody agreement or am I being petty?

Man, this is exactly why I have everything in writing now. Screen shots of the agreement, calendar invites sent to her email, everything. Early pickups mess with my whole schedule. Have you tried sending her a friendly reminder text before each pickup saying what time you're expecting her?
Could be she's just eager to see your kid though. Not defending the schedule violation but maybe a conversation about why she's doing it? Sometimes people don't realize how much it matters.
