This is driving me crazy. We agreed on Thursdays at 6pm for pickups but she's been showing up at 5:30 or sometimes 7:15. When I ask about it she says I'm being rigid and controlling. I try to plan dinner around the schedule and it's throwing everything off. The kids are getting confused too. How do I handle this without starting another argument?

Document every time. Not to be adversarial but if this is becoming a pattern you might need it down the line. Co-parenting is hard but agreements gotta mean something.
That's frustrating but maybe try texting her 30 minutes before to confirm instead of assuming? Sometimes it helps to have that written record too.
