Anyone else dealing with this? My ex keeps texting asking to swap pickup times last minute. Like I'll have plans and she'll say she can't do Friday anymore, needs Wednesday instead. I'm trying to be flexible for the kids but it's making it impossible to plan anything. How do you guys handle this without being the bad guy?

I had to have a real conversation about this. Not angry, just told her I can't adjust my whole week on short notice. Now we both plan swaps a week in advance and it's so much better.
Screenshot everything and keep records. If she's doing this constantly and you ever need to go back to court those texts are gold. Also makes it clear to her you're tracking it.

This is rough. I've been there with my daughter's mom doing the same thing. Pro tip: get everything in writing through an app like OurFamilyWizard if you don't already. Takes the emotion out of it and protects you both.
