Ex won't stick to pickup schedule, always late

This has been going on for 3 months now. Every other Friday I'm supposed to pick up the kids at 5pm and she's consistently 15-30 minutes late. Last week it was almost an hour. I've talked to her about it twice and she just says "sorry traffic" but then it happens again. I don't want to be that guy who takes it to court over 20 minutes but it's starting to mess with my plans. Do I need to start documenting this stuff officially or am I overreacting?

15-30 minutes late every time adds up quick. You might need to have a direct conversation about respecting the schedule, especially for the kids.

That's frustrating. I'd be annoyed too if someone kept me waiting that consistently. Have you tried setting a hard boundary or switching the time?
