Ex won't stick to schedule and I'm losing my mind

So my ex has been swapping weekends without asking for the past month. Says she has "emergencies" but then I see her Instagram stories at her friend's house. I don't want to be that guy who's rigid about the schedule, but my kids need consistency and honestly so does my work. We have a court order. Do I need to go back to the lawyer over this or am I being petty? This is driving me insane.

This is exactly why we had to get lawyers involved. Started out the same way - just one or two swaps, no big deal. Then it became every other week. You gotta set a boundary now or it'll keep happening.

I feel you. The 'emergency' excuse gets old real fast. Have you tried documenting everything in a co-parenting app like OurFamilyWizard? Keeps everything in writing so there's a record. Also makes it harder for her to claim she didn't agree to something.

Man, I'm only a month into being a dad and I can already tell scheduling stuff is going to be my nemesis. Can't imagine dealing with an ex making it worse. That sounds incredibly frustrating.
