Didn't think I'd see the day honestly. Guy picked up our son from my place last week and we ended up chatting for 20 minutes about football. He seems genuinely interested in being a positive presence for the kids, not just trying to replace me. Makes the whole situation easier knowing he's not against me. Progress feels good.
