Finally got a custody agreement that works

After a year of fighting, we finally have a schedule that feels balanced. 50/50 with every other weekend and Wednesday nights. My ex and I actually sat down without lawyers for once and just worked it out. Takes some communication and flexibility from both sides but my kids are so much happier now that things are more predictable. Wanted to share that sometimes you don't need to go scorched earth on custody stuff. Good things can happen if both parents put the kids first.
