Finally got the custody agreement finalized

After 8 months of back and forth with lawyers, we finally signed the papers yesterday. 50/50 custody, clear schedule, everything spelled out. Honestly feels like a weight lifted. To anyone going through this right now - hang in there. It sucks but having it all documented and clear actually makes co-parenting so much easier. Already noticed less arguing with the ex because there's no grey area. Feels good to move forward.

This is huge. I know the process was rough but having it all finalized means you can actually start building a routine that works for everyone. The kids will benefit from knowing exactly when they're with each parent. Been through something similar and it does get easier once you get past the legal stuff.
