First time introducing my daughter to my girlfriend

So we finally did it yesterday. My daughter is 6, and I've been dating Sarah for about 8 months now. We kept it super casual—just went to the park near my place, grabbed ice cream, nothing forced. Honestly? Went better than I expected. My daughter asked a million questions but seemed genuinely curious, not upset. Sarah was great with her, didn't try too hard or anything fake. Still nervous about how to navigate this with my ex, but one step at a time I guess. Has anyone else done this? Any pitfalls I should watch out for going forward?
