Going to court over pickup times

She's consistently 30 minutes late to every exchange. Like not sometimes, every single time. I talked to my lawyer and apparently I can file for modification but I don't want to be that guy making her go to court. But also my kids are sitting with me waiting and that's not fair. Anyone dealt with this?
