How much should I involve myself in her parenting decisions during her weeks?

Kid came home and mentioned mom let him stay up til 11pm on a school night. Part of me wants to say something but I also know I'm not there those days and don't want to undermine her parenting. Where's the line between staying involved and being overbearing? We're not on bad terms but definitely not a unified front.

The 11pm thing would bother me too, not gonna lie. I'd say maybe bring it up casually next time you talk - not accusatory, just like 'hey I heard about the late night, we usually stick to 9 on school nights.' Pick your battles though.

I deal with this constantly on my weeks. Honestly the hardest part is not saying something. I've learned that unless it's unsafe, sometimes you gotta let the other parent handle their own parenting style.
