How to handle new partners around the kids

So my ex started dating someone and he's been around the kids for like two weeks already. I'm not trying to control what she does but I feel like introducing someone that quickly is rushing things. My kids haven't mentioned it much so maybe I'm overreacting. Our custody agreement doesn't really cover this scenario. Should I bring it up or let it go?
