Is 2custody apps too many or am I paranoid?

Using both OurFamilyWizard and Talking Parents. My ex insists on OFW for "official" stuff but she responds way faster on TP. I'm spending too much time checking both. Anyone else juggle multiple apps or am I overthinking this?
