Just got 50/50 custody approved - still processing

Been fighting for this for 18 months. Family court, two lawyers, multiple evaluations. My ex fought me hard on it because she wanted child support.

We just got the judge's order last week. 50/50 custody, I pay reduced support based on shared parenting. It's not perfect - they had to move schools which sucks - but my kids get both of us equally and that was worth everything.

If anyone's in the thick of a custody battle right now, it can work out. Keep your head down, document everything, stay calm in court. Took longer and cost more than I wanted but we're here.
