Just got custody agreement finalized
Been going back and forth with my ex for 14 months. Finally got 50/50 custody, alternating weeks starting next month. Lawyer said I did better than expected given the circumstances. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make this work practically. Need to baby proof a second bedroom, figure out school pickups, etc. Anyone been through the week-to-week transition? What should I know?
That's huge. Getting it done fair and squared away means you can actually focus on being a dad now instead of worrying about court stuff.
