Just got full custody - not sure I know what I'm doing

Court order came through yesterday. I have the kids (4, 7, 10) 5 days a week now. Their mom has them every other weekend due to... reasons I don't need to get into.

I'm terrified tbh. Like, I have them during the school week, homework, bedtimes, all of it. My older two are doing okay, but my 4yo keeps asking for "mommy time" and I don't have a good answer. I took 2 weeks off work but I go back Monday and childcare is NOT figured out.

Part of me is relieved because the instability is finally over. Part of me is like... what have I gotten myself into lol.

Anyone else have full custody? How did you actually manage the logistics?
