Kids prefer my place now and it's awkward

My daughter asked if she could stay with me more often and I told her to talk to her mom. Don't want to be the bad guy or the good guy you know. It's a tricky spot. Ex is a good mom but I think the kids just like my place better because there's less structure and more pizza. Not sure how to navigate this without creating tension.
