My ex is undermining my parenting

Every time my kids come back from their moms house they say she lets them do whatever. No bedtime, video games all night, junk food constantly. Im trying to keep some structure on my end but they fight me on it. Then I look like the bad guy. Dont want to be that dad whos always complaining but this is affecting them. How do I bring this up without starting World War 3?
