New custody arrangement after she moved states

So my ex got a new job offer across the country and wants to move with the kids. We share 50/50 custody and she says there's no way I can make it work there financially or job wise. Technically legally we need to agree or go back to court. I feel like Im being pushed into a corner where I either lose my kids for months at a time or have to uproot my whole life. Lawyer says it could go either way in court. Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do?

This is tough man. Don't let her just decide it's not workable without fighting for what matters to you. There are ways to make long distance custody work if you're willing to put in the effort.

I've been juggling two homes with my kids and it's not easy, but it's absolutely doable if both parents are committed to making it work. You need a family law attorney in your corner for this one.
