Real talk - 6 months is still pretty early in my opinion. I'd give it another 3-4 months before introducing anyone to the kids. You want to be really sure this is going somewhere first. How do your kids' mom feel about it?
When you do introduce them (and you'll know when that time is right), keep it casual. Like a group activity instead of a formal sit-down dinner or something. Takes pressure off everyone.
