New girlfriend and custody schedule

I'm dating someone new and she's really great with my kids. But my ex found out and now she's threatening to take me back to court saying I'm putting the kids around unstable influences. My girlfriend has only met them twice at neutral places. Can she actually do anything about this? I feel like I'm being punished for trying to move on with my life.

Co-parenting gets messy when someone new enters the picture, I get it. But if your kids are safe and happy with your girlfriend around, that's what matters. Don't let the threat alone push you into backing away from happiness.

Your ex threatening court over you dating someone responsible is rough. As long as she's not introducing chaos into custody time, you're not doing anything wrong. Document everything going forward though.
