New girlfriend wants to be more involved with my kids

Been dating someone for about 8 months and she's really great with my kids. But my ex is losing it about it, threatening to restrict my time with them because she says my girlfriend is a bad influence. For the record she's not, she's a teacher. I feel like I can't have a life because of this threat. What's reasonable here?
