New schedule worked out and it's actually going well
Me and my ex finally agreed to a schedule that actually works instead of fighting about it constantly. Turns out when we stopped trying to "win" the negotiations and just focused on what's best for the kids, we actually agreed on a lot. Still not friends but the vibes are way better. We use a coparenting app for communication which helps. If you're struggling, maybe suggest a mediator instead of lawyers going back and forth forever.
This is huge. Getting to a place where you and your ex can actually work together instead of fight makes everything better for the kids. How long did it take to get there?
Finally getting that stability must be such a relief. The kids probably feel it too when the adults stop fighting about logistics.
