Been using Custody X for like 2 years to coordinate with my ex and it's been solid. Last 3 days it won't sync between our phones. Spent an hour on their support chat. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this or if I should switch to something else? We rely on it for the schedule and expense tracking.
Custody X support is usually pretty responsive. Definitely reach out to them. In the meantime we've been using Google Shared calendars as a backup to make sure nothing gets missed.
My ex's phone hasn't synced in days either so it's not just you. We resorted to texting about schedule changes which defeats the whole purpose of using the app.
Yes! This has been happening to me too. I thought it was just my phone being weird. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? That fixed it for me temporarily but it's glitchy again.
Frustrating timing on this. Co-parenting is hard enough without tech issues. Have you tried logging into it on a web browser instead of just the app?

Ugh I hate when apps like this glitch. This is exactly why I keep photos of the calendar in my phone as backup. Not ideal but better than miscommunication with my ex.
