Schedule finally stabilized after 18 months

Quick win: We finally got through mediation and the new 50/50 schedule starts next month. Monday-Wednesday with me, Thursday-Sunday with mom, alternating holidays. Took forever and cost a lot but having a predictable pattern that's actually written down is going to change everything. If you're in the messy negotiation phase, it gets better.

This is awesome. The stability will be so much better for the kids and honestly for your own mental health too. Sounds like both you and your ex were actually able to work together on this.
