Split holidays are rough

This is our second Christmas split and I'm trying to make it work but man it sucks. Kids at their mom's on actual Christmas morning, at my place after. How do you guys handle it? Are we supposed to do presents twice? I don't want the kids to feel like they're missing out but I also don't want to go broke. She's already doing a whole thing at her place. Any advice from guys who've been through a few years of this?
