The guilt of having a better situation hits different

Real talk: I got remarried, we have a house with a yard, my new stepdaughter is amazing with my kids, and my life is honestly pretty good right now. Meanwhile my ex is still in the same apartment she had during the divorce, seems kind of stuck.

I love my life but I feel weird about it sometimes? Like I'm living the upgrade while she's not. My therapist says this isn't my responsibility but it's hard to shake. Anyone else experience this weird guilt?
