Took the kids to Sycamore Creek Park in Austin last weekend

10/10 would recommend for weekend activities. Hiking trails aren't too hard for little legs (my 5yo made it to the top), lots of shade, and there's a picnic area. Plus the rope swing is free entertainment for like 2 hours lol. We packed sandwiches and it was such a solid, low-stress day. If anyone else is in the Austin area and needs ideas for custody weekends, this place is money.
