Dad joke FAIL

Tried to tell my kids that I'm reading a book on anti-gravity. When they asked if it's good I was supposed to say 'I can't put it down!' But my 8 year old just looked at me and said 'Dad that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard' and walked away. I think I'm losing my touch.
