Discussion: Dad bod as a lifestyle choice
Real talk though, I used to be pretty fit before kids. Now I'm carrying like 30 extra pounds and honestly? I don't hate it as much as I thought I would. There's something freeing about just accepting that your body changes and you can't go to the gym at 5am anymore because you're too busy breaking up fights between your kids. Anyone else kind of embracing it or am I just lazy?
I had time to go to the gym when it was just me. Now finding 45 minutes three times a week feels impossible. You're not alone in this.
