Funny moment at the grocery store today

So my 4 year old asked me really loud in the produce section why that lady had a baby in her belly. She was just standing next to us, not even pregnant. My kid was pointing at her stomach. The look on her face. I've never been more embarrassed or tried harder not to laugh. My son then said 'Maybe she eats too many cookies like Daddy' and I'm just standing there holding a bag of apples dying inside.

Oh man, the produce section is prime territory for these moments. My 4 year old asked a cashier if she was a boy or a girl last week. Just loud and clear. I wanted to disappear into the lettuce display.
Kids have zero filter and it's both hilarious and mortifying at the same time. The best part is the lady probably appreciated the honesty more than we think. Did she say anything back?
