When did this happen? I have like 8 pairs of dinosaur socks and one pair of black. My kids think this is hilarious. Yesterday my son said my feet matched his better than his mom's feet did. I have no idea what that means but I'm claiming it as a win.
This is the way. One pair of black socks for jobs interviews and funerals. Everything else is fair game. My 8yo and I wear matching dinosaur socks to school and I couldn't care less what anyone thinks.
My kids love that I have matching socks with them. We have this whole collection now. Normal socks feel boring after you go cartoon. Your kids thinking it's cool is the whole point.
I have zero regret about my character socks. Stitch, Marvel, just random colorful patterns. Life's too short to wear boring socks.

The dinosaur socks are a life choice and honestly a good one. Comfort beats formality every time. My sock drawer is now 70% cartoon characters and I've made peace with it.
